Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Under limited supervision, this position will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of quality improvement interventions and audits and assists in resolving deficiencies that impact on plan compliance to regulatory and accreditation standards. Assignments are somewhat broad in nature, often requiring originality and ingenuity. It will ensure project goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and budget constraints and that the Director or Quality Improvement and the clinical champions are informed of project status.
Education: Bachelors Degree in a clinical healthcare discipline within a hospital setting Master's Degree preferred.
Licensure: Licensed Professional Nurse in the State of Florida CPHQ preferred
Experience: Candidates should possess 5 to 7 years experience with knowledge and understanding of process improvement, theory/tools In depth knowledge and understanding Joint Commission standards. Understanding of ACHA, CMS and all other regulatory requirements Minimum of 3-5 years acute hospital experience.
