Darcey O'Brien joined Venice Regional Medical Center in 2005 as Assistant Administrator and was promoted to COO in 2007.  Prior to joining HMA, Darcey O’Brien was a Senior Research Analyst at INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City, OK.  Darcey earned a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City, OK.  She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK.
